Does it need Wi-Fi? +
No. NanaVue has built-in cellular, so it works right out of the box — even in a care home with no Wi-Fi and no IT to set up. Nothing to connect, nothing to configure.
How does our family connect? +
Each family member downloads the free NanaVue app and enters one simple code. That's it — your whole family shares the one frame, with no per-person fees and no one left out.
How does she answer a call? +
When you call, her frame rings big and full-screen — impossible to miss. She taps once to answer, and there you are, face to face. If she misses it, nothing breaks; the frame simply goes back to showing your photos.
Can more than one family member use it? +

Does it work on iPhone? +
The family app is on Android today, with iPhone coming soon. The frame itself works either way — and we'll let you know the moment the iPhone app is ready.
